the hotel was relaxing with attentive personnel. my room included climate control, a safe box, and tv set. the atmosphere created was special. location: the venue was close enough to beautiful gili air as well as the centre. easily reached taco mayo, located at a moderate distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

The location seemed unbeatable and comfy close to the port. Liked the room with comfortable bed, my bed was large. The staff in the hotel were attentive and helpful, helped me with bags. I spent 7 nights and would like to stay there on the next trip.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was amazing, and we enjoyed trying out the different dishes. We also appreciated the free bike rentals and the location within walking distance of everything.
Not one thing was perfect, and there were some minor inconveniences during our stay. The hotel's location right by the mosque meant that we could hear the prayers several times a day, including early mornings.

We loved the modern and clean rooms, the proximity to the harbor and restaurants, and the friendly and helpful staff. The daily cleaning and maintenance of the rooms and pool were also impressive. The free bike use and snorkeling trip were great perks.
We felt really comfortable during our stay, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us.

The hotel is located close to everything, making it convenient to explore the area on foot. its proximity to the mosque results in an incessant, ear-splitting noise from the speakers, which can disrupt your sleep. Despite that, the rooms are spacious, and the bathroom is clean and well-maintained. the breakfast is delicious, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Complimentary bike rentals and snorkeling trips are available to guests as well.
The incessant noise from the mosque can make it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep, especially in the early morning.

This hotel is an absolute gem! The staff are super friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. They offer great prices for tours and boats, and even threw in a free snorkeling trip for us. The rooms are new and the bed is super comfortable. Plus, the breakfast is absolutely delicious - make sure to try the scrambled tofu, it's a must!
No complaints at all - everything was perfect!
